similarly MS Dhoni smashed the longest six of 112 meter in the match between Chennai Super Kings vs Rajasthan Royals. Dhoni hit the full length delevery from James Franklin straight down the wicket which travelled 112 meter.

8. AB De Villiers – 111 meter

AB De Villiers in a match against the Chennei Super Kings, hit a Monstrous 111 meter. ABD smashed Harbhajan Sing flighted deliver which Left the Chinaswamy Stadium. This Monstrous hit from AB De Villiers was the longest six of the 2018 edition of IPL.

Match between Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Chennai Super Kings, at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengalore. Total 32 number of sixes hit by a batsmen, however this is the record for hiting the most number of sixes in a single IPL match. In the match Royal Challengers Bangalore were put to bat and scored 205/8, they hit total 16 number of sixes. Other side Chennai Super Kings chased the target and scored 207/5 which includes 17 massive sixes. AB de Villiers smashed 8 sixes, and one of  six went out of the park measured at a distance of 111 meter. 

Also at Second in the list we have match between Delhi Daredevils vs Gujrath Lions, match was held at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, Delhi in the year 2017. In the match total 31 number of sixes were smashed from both team. Also in the match between  Chennai Super Kings vs Kolkata Knight Riders at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. Total 31 number of sixes hit by the batsman, however this match was in the year 2018.
